LBW240 (Large Butts White 240) is a cashew kernel grade consisting of large broken halves that remain uniform in size and appearance. Unlike whole kernels, LBW240 is made from split or naturally broken pieces during shelling, yet retains the buttery flavor, creamy texture, and high nutritional value of whole cashews. With approximately 220–240 pieces per pound, this grade offers excellent value for food processors and snack manufacturers.
