PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

LP (Large Pieces) are broken cashew kernels consisting of relatively large pieces obtained during the processing of whole kernels. Although not whole, LP cashews maintain the rich, buttery taste and crunchy texture, making them highly suitable for food manufacturing and processing industries. Their uniform size and cost-effectiveness make LP a popular choice for bulk buyers.

• Grade: LP – Large Pieces Cashews

• Size: Large broken pieces, bigger than SP (Small Pieces)

• Color: White to light ivory, uniform with minimal discoloration

• Texture: Crunchy, nutty, and naturally sweet

• Moisture: ≤ 5%

• Defects: Light blemishes and natural breaks permitted; free from rancidity, infestation, mold, and foreign matter; conforms to AFI & international standards.

• Nutritional Value: Rich in healthy fats, protein, vitamins, and minerals
