PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

SWP (Scorched Wholes Pieces) are pieces of cashew kernels broken from the scorched whole grades during processing. These kernels may have a slightly scorched or light brown color due to higher roasting temperatures or drying, but they retain the same nutritional value, natural sweetness, and crunchy texture as regular cashews. SWP is a cost-effective option widely used in the food industry.

KEY FEATURES

• Grade: SWP – Scorched Wholes Pieces

• Size: Medium-to-small broken pieces, larger than Baby Bits (BB)

• Color: Light brown to ivory, with slight scorching allowed

• Texture: Crunchy, nutty, and naturally sweet

• Moisture: ≤ 5%

• Defects: Light blemishes and natural breaks permitted; free from rancidity, infestation, mold, and foreign matter; conforms to AFI & international standards.

• Nutritional Value: High in protein, healthy fats, fiber, vitamins, and minerals.
