PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

WB (White Butts) is a cashew kernel grade consisting of broken cashew kernels split lengthwise into halves during the shelling process. Although not whole like WW grades, WB retains the same premium taste, creamy texture, and high nutritional value of cashews. With its affordability and versatility, WB is widely chosen by food manufacturers and snack processors across the globe.

• Size: Large broken halves (number of pieces varies by batch, usually fewer pieces per lb compared to splits)

• Color: White to ivory, consistent appearance

• Texture: Crunchy, buttery, naturally sweet

• Moisture: ≤ 5%

• Defects: Minimal, in line with AFI & international standards

• Nutritional Value: High in protein, fiber, healthy fats, vitamins, and minerals
